L.X.K. Consulting is a registered BAS agent and a qualified accountant and company secretary.  We are specialised in accounting and corporate matters with more than 15 years of experience. We excel at establishing strong relationships with different clients, including small business, ASX listed companies, accounting firms and so on. In addition, we speak fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English, helping a lot Chinese business achieve their goals in Australia.

We are well recognised with our professional attitude and expertise in business accounting and corporate administration.  Our client base consists of sole traders, small and medium business, pty and public companies, and junior ASX listed companies.

The quarter 2 lodgment due date is more than eight weeks after the end of the quarter, which is similar to the electronic lodgment concession available for the other three quarters. As a result, lodgment concessions are not available for quarter 2.

The Lodgment program 2017–18 includes the following lodgment concessions for registered BAS agents:

  • lodgment and payment concessions when you electronically lodge eligible quarterly activity statements
  • a lodgment concession for pay as you go (PAYG) withholding payment summary annual reports (not the closely held concession).

Registered BAS agents can also lodge:

  • PAYG withholding payment summary annual report
  • Superannuation guarantee charge (SGC) statement – quarterly form
  • Taxable payments annual report.
